Our Beer

This Belgian-style Saison features European noble-type hops, authentic Belgian Saison yeast and the finest European two-row malt.

Our unfiltered IPA is a celebration of New World hops and all of their versatility. Bursting with fruit, citrus, and complex aromas, this is sure to satisfy drinkers on both coasts and everywhere in between.

A classic German-style pilsner brewed with two-row Violetta malted from barley grown right here in Tennessee. 

Our Vienna-style Lager showcases Vienna and dark Munich malts, with distinctly toasty, bready aromas and flavors. A judicious hopping lends balance to the malty goodness.
